Outraged at the price of baby hangers with bloomer and pants clips attached to them I set out to find an alternative. There are just too many other things that I need to spend money on for our little girl to spend an arm and a leg on hangers. Looking around my craft room I found an unopened bag of wooden clothes pins and some spray paint. Perfect! I sprayed some of them purple, some of them jade, and the rest aqua. Once they were dry I realized I had nothing to store them in so they sat on the kitchen table for a few days. Then one day while straightening up one of my kitchen cabinets I stumbled upon a jar that I had once used for.... something. The top was looking a little janky and water spotty. Not very pretty at all. But then I realized my spray paint works for metal! YAY!!! I used white primer and and then purple spray paint on top! Cute Cute and the perfect size to store all of my newly painted clothes pins and I didn't have to spend any extra money at all!!! To attach them to the hangers I just used a short piece of ribbon threaded through the metal part and tied it to the hanger. Easy breezy!
