Kitchen area showing where washer and dryer go... yea it's in the kitchen but I can live with that

This area is normally for kitchen table... thinking we may put chinet cabinet here and something that will add a little more surface area... like an island or something

Outdoor storage

There are poppies everywhere on base... but none in our yard.  I took a pic of these that were on the side of another road... maybe I'll plant some

Michael and I signed for this house today!!! We get it for 2 years and couldn't be more excited about it!!!  It's definitely nicer than we expected it to be on the inside.  The only problem with the master bedroom is that we won't be able to fit any of our bedroom furniture into it because it's just big enough for our bed... but the closet space more than makes up for it.  It is 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms.  Not sure exactly how many square feet it is.

  1. I love your house, too. I know you are going to have sooo much fun getting your furniture and arranging everything. Glad you were able to get bad housing.

  2. We got so lucky with getting the base houseing! So many people had turned this place down due to the outside of it and the fact that there are no neighbors but we were so happy to get offered base housing right off the bat and not have to worry about finding a place off base in an approved area for a decent price. We feel very lucky and blessed to have gotten anything on base at all... even if there are no neighbors. Most of the surrounding houses have big black X's on them because they're being demolished soon. So we aren't going to get neighbors at all.
